These reports from the European Institute for the Media on media performance in post-Soviet elections were compiled and issued on behalf of the TACIS programme of the European Commission. The collection and preservation of these reports was paid for by a grant by the Leverhulme Foundation in the United Kingdom. These reports stand as a tribute to the unique and valuable work of the European Institute for the Media in the post-Soviet period and a represent an important resource to scholars of political communication in a global context.
